My business has used Heaney Group for almost two years.  They've always been very responsive and taken the time to explain to my staff their benefits and options.  Insurance and short-term disability can be very confusing, but they make it understandable and help my team choose the best choice for themselves and their families.

The Heaney group came up with very competitive quotes and worked with us on what was important to us, that is something other brokers had not done.  They also provided a portal to streamline the paperwork so that employees could just log in and provide information rather than dealing with paper forms.  They handle all of our questions and termination requests etc very quickly and efficiently.  We could not be happier with the service and we highly recommend the Heaney group!

We are a technology company with offices in Austin Texas.  We have a small group of employees (12) in the US with the majority of people (490) in Latin America.  We have struggled with finding good insurance coverage through a broker that will provide much of the administrative service since we don't have an HR person in the US.  We met Kendall a couple of years ago and agreed to let him quote our insurance renewal along with the provider we had been using for 7 years.
